Wednesday, June 23, 2021: After opening responses from the above listed companies today in
public, initial details were announced and documented by myself and Taney County Recorder of
Deeds, Jody Stahl. All responses will be thoroughly reviewed by Taney County Recorder of
Deeds, and her staff. A request has been made, and approved, to deliver a formal
recommendation for award to the Taney County Commission on Monday, June 28, 2021.
Monday, June 28, 2021: After her thorough review, I delivered Ms. Stahl’s recommendation to
the Taney County Commission to award to P.F. Pettibone & Co. of Crystal Lake, Illinois as the
lowest Bidder per their response as listed above, with an estimated delivery date of 3-4 weeks.
The Taney County Commission awarded P.F. Pettibone & Co., Inc. as recommended for the best
and lowest bid. A subsequesnt Agreement will be forthcoming.
