Tuesday May 25, 2021: After opening responses from the above listed companies, today, initial details were noted and documented by Road & Bridge Administrator
Devin Huff and I. Let it be noted that two (2) of the five (5) Responses were immediately disqualified due to not following bid requirements.

Thursday, May 27, 2021: An agenda request has been made, and approved, to deliver a formal recommendation for award to the Taney County Commission
on Tuesday, June 1, 2021.

Tuesday, June 1, 2021: The three (3) remaining responses qualified to participate with overall competitive pricing covering services of value to Taney County. Therefore
we are requesting a motion vote from the Taney County Commission to award to John Fabick Tractor Company in Category 1, Jenkins Tuck Center in Category 2,
and G.W. Van Keppel in Category 3. Each Category is specific to the service that will be provided.

A subsequent Agreement will be issued in each Category for a period of one (1) year with three (3) – one (1) year renewals per mutual agreement on pricing, etc., at
that time.

The Taney County Commission awarded John Fabick Tractor Company in Category 1, Jenkins Tuck Center in Category 2,
and G.W. Van Keppel in Category 3, as recommended by Road & Bridge Administrator Devin Huff.
