Tuesday, May 25, 2021: After opening the only response received, initial details were noted by Devin Huff, Road &
Bridge Administrator and I. This response will be thoroughly reviewed by Mr. Huff. Let it be noted that Metal Culverts
submitted a “No Bid” for this RFB.
Thursday, May 27, 2021: An agenda request has been made, and approved, to deliver a formal recommendation for
award to the Taney County Commission on Tuesday, June 1, 2021.
Tuesday, June 1, 2021: After completion of thorough review, vendor complied with all necessary requirements. I
recommend awarding Viebrock Sales & Service, LLC, as the only bidder, for the above prices for on-going purchases on
an “as needed” basis, and request a motion vote as such.

Upon review and a brief discussion, the Taney County Commission made a motion to deny all bids associated with RFB
#202104-476.
