FORMAL AGENDA
The County Commission met in the Commission Hearing Room with Mike Scofield (present),
Brandon Williams (present), and Sheila Wyatt (present).

CALL COUNTY COMMISSION MEETING TO ORDER
Presiding Commissioner Mike Scofield called the meeting to order at 9:06 a.m.

APPROVAL OF ACCOUNTS PAYABLE
Commissioner Wyatt moved to approve Checks #463369 through Check #463407, Warrants
#7678 through Warrant #7692 and one Journal Entry/Transfer. Commissioner Williams
seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote: Scofield (aye), Williams (aye), and Wyatt
(aye).
APPROVAL OF PAYROLL
Commissioner Williams moved to approve payroll. Commissioner Wyatt seconded the motion.

APPROVAL OF PREVIOUS MEETING MINUTES
Commissioner Williams moved to approve Regular Session Minutes for May 3rd, 2021.

UNIVERSITY OF MISSOURI EXTENSION UPDATE
Willa Williams, 4-H Community Engagement Specialist, updated the Commission on various
Extension programs.
PERSONAL PROPERTY AND ADD-ON REPORT FOR APRIL 2021
Commissioner Williams moved to accept and enter into record the Personal Property Abatements
and Add-On Report for April 2021 as presented by the County Clerk Office. Commissioner
Wyatt seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote: Scofield (aye), Williams (aye), and
Wyatt (aye).
GLASS BID PROPOSAL #21-040M
Scott Terpening, Building and Grounds, and Travis Elliott, Attorney, were present. Presiding
Commissioner Scofield referenced a letter from their attorney.
Commissioner Williams moved to approve the Glass Bid Proposal by and between Binswanger
Glass and Taney County. Commissioner Wyatt seconded the motion. The motion passed by
vote: Scofield (aye), Williams (aye), and Wyatt (aye).
MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT WITH CUMMINS INC. #21-044M
Scott Terpening, Building and Grounds, and Travis Elliott, Attorney, were present. Presiding
Commissioner Scofield referenced a letter from their attorney.
Commissioner Williams moved to approve the Maintenance Agreement by and between
Cummins Inc. and Taney County for option 2 which is the 4% discount for auto renewal.
Commissioner Wyatt seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote: Scofield (aye),
Williams (aye), and Wyatt (aye).
NOTICE OF RENEWAL FOR AGGREGATE ROCK
Devin Huff, Road & Bridge Administrator, was present. Presiding Commissioner Scofield
referenced a letter from their attorney.
Commissioner Williams moved to approve the Notice of Renewals as listed by and between
Table Rock Asphalt Construction Co., Inc. and Taney County; APAC – Central, Inc. and Taney
County; Leo Journagan Construction Co., Inc. and Taney County; American R & C, LLC aka
Buchanan Materials & Tri-Lakes Redi-Mix and Taney County. Commissioner Wyatt seconded
the motion. The motion passed by vote: Scofield (aye), Williams (aye), and Wyatt (aye).

Commissioner Williams moved to approve the agreement for Mobile Office Software by and
between Ulrich Mobile Office Software and Taney County. Commissioner Wyatt seconded the
motion. The motion passed by vote: Scofield (aye), Williams (aye), and Wyatt (aye).
INFORMATION SHARING AND PSR DISCUSSION
Donna Neeley, County Clerk, Wesley Shoemaker, Deputy Clerk, Susan Chapman, Assessor,
Andy Adams, Deputy Assessor, Travis Elliott, Attorney, Melanie Smith, Treasurer, and Mona
Cope, Collector, were present.
Discussion ensued.
