COMMISSION MINUTES
March 31st, 2021 – 23rd, DAY OF
THE JANUARY ADJOURN TERM
FORMAL AGENDA
The County Commission met in the Commission Conference Room with Mike Scofield
(present), Brandon Williams (present), and Sheila Wyatt (present).
Also present: Melissa Duckworth, Emergency Management Assistant, and Kim Lovelace, Deputy
Clerk.
Presiding Commissioner Mike Scofield called the meeting to order at 8:11 a.m.
CARES ACT PHASE 3 APPROVAL
Commissioner Williams moved to approve CARES Act Phase 3 Funding request based on
Exhibit “A” dated March 31, 2021. Commissioner Wyatt seconded the motion. The motion
passed by vote: Scofield (aye), Williams (aye), and Wyatt (aye).
