THE JANUARY ADJOURN TERM
FORMAL AGENDA
The County Commission met in the Commission Hearing Room with Mike Scofield (present),
Brandon Williams (present), and Sheila Wyatt (present).

CALL COUNTY COMMISSION MEETING TO ORDER
Presiding Commissioner Mike Scofield called the meeting to order at 9:07 a.m.
COMMISSION REMARKS
None.
APPROVAL OF ACCOUNTS PAYABLE
Commissioner Williams moved to approve Checks #462749 through Check #462795, Warrant
#7650 and one Journal Entries/Transfers. Commissioner Wyatt seconded the motion. The
motion passed by vote: Scofield (aye), Williams (aye), and Wyatt (aye).
APPROVAL OF PREVIOUS MEETING MINUTES
Commissioner Wyatt moved to approve Executive Session Minutes for March 8, 2021 and
March 15, 2021. Commissioner Williams seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote:
Scofield (aye), Williams (aye), and Wyatt (aye).
Commissioner Wyatt moved to approve Regular Session Minutes for March 15, 2021.

IMPACT NOTICE POSTCARDS BID RECOMMENDATION #202103-472
Nikki Lawrence, Purchasing Director & Legal Liaison, and Susan Chapman, Assessor, were
present.
Commissioner Wyatt moved to accept the bid with Diversified Companies, LLC for Impact
Notice Postcards. Commissioner Williams seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote:
Scofield (aye), Williams (aye), and Wyatt (aye).
ULRICH MOBILE OFFICE SOFTWARE AGREEMENT #21-021AS
Susan Chapman, Assessor, was present. Presiding Commissioner referenced a letter from their
attorney.
No action was taken.
NOTICE OF RENEWAL FOR PROPANE
Denzil Brown, Assistant Road & Bridge Administrator, was present. Presiding Commissioner
referenced a letter from the attorney.

Commissioner Williams moved to approve the Notice of Renewal for propane by and between
Taney County and Ferrellgas L.P. Commissioner Wyatt seconded the motion. The motion
passed by vote: Scofield (aye), Williams (aye), and Wyatt (aye).
SECONDARY #21-019RB (b)
Commissioner Williams moved to approve the Notice of Renewal for propane by and between
Amerigas Propane L.P. and Taney County. Commissioner Wyatt seconded the motion. The
motion passed by vote: Scofield (aye), Williams (aye), and Wyatt (aye).
NOTICE OF RENEWAL FOR CORRUGATED STEEL CULVERTS
Denzil Brown, Assistant Road & Bridge Administrator, was present.

Commissioner Williams moved to approve the Notice of Renewal for Corrugated Steel Culverts
by and between Taney County and Viebrock Sales and Services. Commissioner Wyatt seconded
the motion. The motion passed by vote: Scofield (aye), Williams (aye), and Wyatt (aye).
SECONDARY #21-020RB (b)
Commissioner Williams moved to approve the Notice of Renewal for Corrugated Steel Culverts
by and between Metal Culverts Inc. and Taney County. Commissioner Wyatt seconded the
motion. The motion passed by vote: Scofield (aye), Williams (aye), and Wyatt (aye).

The commission met with their staff to review the day’s business and go over the agenda
requests.
