FEBRUARY 22ND, 2021 – 17th DAY OF
THE JANUARY ADJOURN TERM
FORMAL AGENDA
The County Commission met in the Commission Hearing Room with Mike Scofield (present),
Brandon Williams (present), and Sheila Wyatt (present).

CALL COUNTY COMMISSION MEETING TO ORDER
Presiding Commissioner Mike Scofield called the meeting to order at 9:01 a.m.
COMMISSION REMARKS
None.
APPROVAL OF ACCOUNTS PAYABLE
Commissioner Wyatt moved to approve Checks #462443 through Check #462451, Warrants
#7632 through #7634 and no Journal Entries/Transfers. Commissioner Williams seconded the
motion. The motion passed by vote: Scofield (aye), Williams (aye), and Wyatt (aye).
Commissioner Sheila Wyatt left the meeting at 9:02 a.m.
Commissioner Williams moved to approve Check # 462394. Presiding Commissioner Scofield
seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote: Scofield (aye), Williams (aye), and Wyatt
(absent).
Commissioner Sheila Wyatt entered the meeting at 9:02 a.m.
APPROVAL OF PREVIOUS MEETING MINUTES
Commissioner Williams moved to approve Regular Session Minutes for February 15th, and
February 17th, 2021. Commissioner Wyatt seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote:
Scofield (aye), Williams (aye), and Wyatt (aye).
Commissioner Williams moved to approve Regular Session Minutes for February 18th, 2021.
Commissioner Wyatt seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote: Scofield (aye),
Williams (aye), and Wyatt (aye).
Commissioner Williams moved to approve Executive Minutes for February 18th, 2021.
Commissioner Wyatt seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote: Scofield (aye),
Williams (aye), and Wyatt (aye).
TASK ORDER NO. 3 – HDR (FILE NO. 21-007CM)
Travis Heier, HDR Engineering, was present. Presiding Commissioner Scofield referenced a
letter from their attorney.
Commissioner Wyatt moved to approve the Task Order No. 3 with HDR Engineering, Inc. and
Taney County. Commissioner Williams seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote:
Scofield (aye), Williams (aye), and Wyatt (aye).
TIPPING SERVICE BID RECOMMENDATION #202101-463
Nikki Lawrence, Purchasing Director & Legal Liaison, Devin Huff, Road & Bridge
Administrator, were present.
Commissioner Williams moved to award the Bid #202101-463 to Allied Services dba Republic
Services as Primary and Waste Corporation Missouri, LLC as Secondary. Commissioner Wyatt
seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote: Scofield (aye), Williams (aye), and Wyatt
(aye).
BOARD APPOINTMENTS – PARK BOARD
Presiding Commissioner Scofield moved to table the Board Appointment to a later date.

CARES Act Discussion ensued.
Donna Neeley, County Clerk, entered the meeting at 9:58 a.m.

Present: Presiding Commissioner Scofield, Commissioner Williams and Commissioner Wyatt.
Also present: Lesley Wallace, Commissions Assistant.
The commission met with their staff to review the day’s business and go over the agenda
requests.

Commissioner Williams moved to adjourn. Commissioner Wyatt seconded the motion. The
motion passed by vote: Scofield (aye), Williams (aye), and Wyatt (aye).
