COMMISSION MINUTES
FEBRUARY 15th, 2021 – 14th DAY OF
THE JANUARY ADJOURN TERM
FORMAL AGENDA
The County Commission met in Emergency Session via teleconference with Mike Scofield (via-
teleconference), Sheila Wyatt (via-teleconference), and Brandon Williams (via-teleconference).
Also present: Donna Neeley, County Clerk (via-teleconference).
CALL COUNTY COMMISSION MEETING TO ORDER
Presiding Commissioner Mike Scofield called the meeting to order at 7:49 p.m.
EMERGENCY COURTHOUSE CLOSURE
Presiding Commissioner Scofield moved to close the Taney County Courthouse for February
16th, 2021 due to inclement weather. Commissioner Williams seconded the motion. The motion
passed by vote: Scofield (aye), Williams (aye), and Wyatt (aye).
ADJOURNMENT:
Commissioner Williams moved to adjourn. Commissioner Wyatt seconded the motion. The
motion passed by vote: Scofield (aye), Williams (aye), and Wyatt (aye).
ADJOURN: 8:03 P.M.
