JANUARY 7TH, 2021 – 3rd DAY OF
THE JANUARY ADJOURN TERM
FORMAL AGENDA
The County Commission met in the Commission Conference Room with Mike Scofield
(present), Brandon Williams (present), and Sheila Wyatt (present).
Also present: David Clark, County Auditor, Jana Johnson, Auditor Clerk, and Kim Lovelace,
Deputy Clerk.
CALL COUNTY COMMISSION MEETING TO ORDER
Presiding Commissioner Mike Scofield called the meeting to order at 9:41 a.m.
EXECUTIVE SESSION: 9:41 A.M.
EXECUTIVE SESSION PER SECTION 610.021.(1)(3) (LEGAL & PERSONNEL)
(Taney County Commission Conference Room)
Present: Presiding Commissioner Scofield, Commissioner Williams, and Commissioner Wyatt.

RECESS: 10:50 A.M.
RECONVENE: 11:00 A.M.
BUDGET DISCUSSION
Present: Presiding Commissioner Scofield, Commissioner Williams, and Commissioner Wyatt.
Also present: David Clark, County Auditor, Jana Johnson, Auditor Clerk, and Kim Lovelace,
Deputy Clerk.
Discussion ensued.
Joanna Jasper, Public Administrator, entered the meeting at via tele-conference at 11:04 a.m.
Joanna Jasper left meeting via teleconference at 11:12 a.m.
Eric Eighmy, Assistant Circuit Court Judge, entered the meeting via tele-conference at 11:14
a.m.
Judge Eighmy left the meeting via tele-conference at 11:18 a.m.
Brad Daniels, Sheriff, entered the meeting via tele-conference at 11:46 a.m.
Brad Daniels left the meeting via tele-conference at 11:54 a.m.
Discussion ensued.
ADJOURNMENT:
Commissioner Williams moved to adjourn. Commissioner Wyatt seconded the motion. The
motion passed by vote: Scofield (aye), Williams (aye), and Wyatt (aye).
ADJOURN: 12:08 P.M.
