COMMISSION MINUTES
JANUARY 5TH, 2021 – 2nd DAY OF
THE JANUARY ADJOURN TERM
FORMAL AGENDA
The County Commission met in the Commission Conference Room with Mike Scofield (via tele-
conference), Brandon Williams (via tele-conference), and Sheila Wyatt (present).
Also present: Melanie Smith, Treasurer, Lesley Wallace, Administrative Assistant, and Stephanie
Spencer, Deputy Clerk.
CALL COUNTY COMMISSION MEETING TO ORDER
Presiding Commissioner Mike Scofield called the meeting to order at 3:04 p.m.
APPROVAL OF ACCOUNTS PAYABLE
Commissioner Wyatt moved to approve Checks #461993 and one Transfer from 911 to General
County Revenue to come out of the 2020 Budget. Commissioner Williams seconded the motion.
The motion passed by vote: Scofield (aye), Williams (aye), and Wyatt (aye).
ADJOURNMENT:
Commissioner Williams moved to adjourn. Commissioner Wyatt seconded the motion. The
motion passed by vote: Scofield (aye), Williams (aye), and Wyatt (aye).
