JUNE 1st 2020 – 15th DAY OF
THE APRIL ADJOURN TERM
FORMAL AGENDA
The County Commission met in the Commission Hearing Room with Mike Scofield (present),
Brandon Williams (present), and Sheila Wyatt (present).
PUBLIC COMMENT
None.
CALL COUNTY COMMISSION MEETING TO ORDER
Presiding Commissioner Mike Scofield called the meeting to order at 9:03 a.m.
COMMISSION REMARKS
Commissioner Wyatt reminded everyone to go out and vote tomorrow at the Municipal Election.
APPROVAL OF ACCOUNTS PAYABLE
Commissioner Wyatt moved to approve Checks #459257 through Checks #459336, no Warrants
and two Journal Entries or Transfers. Commissioner Williams seconded the motion. The motion
passed by vote: Scofield (aye), Williams (aye) and Wyatt (aye).
APPROVAL OF PREVIOUS MEETING MINUTES
Commissioner Williams moved to approve Regular Session Minutes from May 26th, 2020.
Commissioner Wyatt seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote: Scofield (aye), Williams
(aye) and Wyatt (aye).
Commissioner Williams moved to approve Executive Session Minutes from May 26th, 2020.
Commissioner Wyatt seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote: Scofield (aye), Williams
(aye) and Wyatt (aye).
DISCUSSION OF PENALTIES & INTEREST ON 18-1.0-01-004-002-013.003
Mona Cope, Collector, was present.
Commissioner Williams moved to refund $208.20 due to County error on 18-1.0-01-004-002-
013.003. Commissioner Wyatt seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote: Scofield (aye),
Williams (aye) and Wyatt (aye).
FILL DIRT AGREEMENT – GREEVERS
Commissioner Williams moved to approve the Fill Dirt Agreement by and between Taney
County and Raymond Greevers. Commissioner Wyatt seconded the motion. The motion passed
by vote: Scofield (aye), Williams (aye) and Wyatt (aye).
SMCOG TRANSPORTATION ADVISORY COMMITTEE APPOINTMENTS
Commissioner Wyatt moved to continue Rick Ziegenfuss and Buddy Roberts to serve on the
Transportation Advisory Committee also known as the TAC from July 1, 2020 through June 30,
2021. Commissioner Williams seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote: Scofield (aye),
Williams (aye) and Wyatt (aye).
Commissioner Wyatt moved to have Randy Haes continue to serve as alternate to the TAC
Board from July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021. Commissioner Williams seconded the motion.
The motion passed by vote: Scofield (aye), Williams (aye) and Wyatt (aye).
EXCHANGE OF OFF-SYSTEM BRIDGE (BRO) FUNDS FOR SOFT-MATCH CREDIT
Commissioner Wyatt moved to accept the exchange from St. Louis County of the150K of the
Off Road System known as the BRO for 150K of the Taney County Soft Match. Commissioner
Williams seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote: Scofield (aye), Williams (aye) and
Wyatt (aye).
CITY OF BRANSON FUNDING AGREEMENT FOR BRANSON SANITARY SEWER
INFRASTRUCTURE IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT
John Soutee, Environmental Service Project Coordinator, was present. Presiding Commissioner
Scofield referenced a letter from attorney Pat Keck.
Commissioner Williams moved to approve the Funding Agreement by and between City of
Branson and Taney County. Commissioner Wyatt seconded the motion. The motion passed by
vote: Scofield (aye), Williams (aye) and Wyatt (aye).

The commission met with their staff to review the day’s business and go over the agenda
requests.
