THE APRIL ADJOURN TERM
FORMAL AGENDA
The County Commission met in the Commission Hearing Room with Mike Scofield (present),
Brandon Williams (present), and Sheila Wyatt (present).

CALL COUNTY COMMISSION MEETING TO ORDER
Presiding Commissioner Mike Scofield called the meeting to order at 9:02 a.m.
COMMISSION REMARKS
None.
APPROVAL OF ACCOUNTS PAYABLE
Commissioner Wyatt moved to approve Checks #459108 through Checks #459140, Warrants
#7406 through #7408 and no Journal Entries or Transfers. Commissioner Williams seconded the
motion with discussion.
Commissioner Wyatt amended her motion to approve Checks #459108 through Check #459141,
Warrants #7406 through #7408, no Journal Entries or Transfers, and a note of voiding Check
#459121. Commissioner Williams seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote: Scofield
(aye), Williams (aye) and Wyatt (aye).
APPROVAL OF PREVIOUS MEETING MINUTES
Commissioner Williams moved to approve Regular Session Minutes from May 11th, 2020.
Commissioner Wyatt seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote: Scofield (aye), Williams
(aye) and Wyatt (aye).
Commissioner Williams moved to approve Executive Session Minutes from May 11th, 2020.
Commissioner Wyatt seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote: Scofield (aye), Williams
(aye) and Wyatt (aye).
BID RECOMMENDATION FOR GUARDRAIL #202004-447
Devin Huff, Road & Bridge Administrator, and Nikki Lawrence, Purchasing and Legal Liaison,
were present.
Commissioner Williams moved to award Bid #202004-447 to Highway Safety Solutions out of
Springfield, MO. Commissioner Wyatt seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote:
Scofield (aye), Williams (aye) and Wyatt (aye).
BID RECOMMENDATION FOR BALLISTIC HELMETS #202004-448
Brad Daniels, Sheriff Chief Deputy, and Nikki Lawrence, Purchasing and Legal Liaison, were
present.
Commissioner Wyatt moved to accept the Ballistic Helmets Bid #202004-446 to Hard Head
Veterans. Commissioner Williams seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote: Scofield
(aye), Williams (aye) and Wyatt (aye).
COURT ORDERS
Chuck Pennel, Assessor, and Wesley Shoemaker, Chief Deputy Clerk, were present.
Commissioner Wyatt moved to approve Exhibit “A” (#205926) dated May 18, 2020.
Commissioner Williams seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote: Scofield (aye),
Williams (aye) and Wyatt (aye).

FILL DIRT AGREEMENT – JEFF GODFREY
Commissioner Williams moved approve the Fill Dirt Agreement between Taney County and Jeff
Godfrey. Commissioner Wyatt seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote: Scofield (aye),
Williams (aye) and Wyatt (aye).

Present: Presiding Commissioner Scofield, Commissioner Williams and Commissioner Wyatt.
Also present: Shanna Tilley, Administrative Assistant, and Stephanie Spencer, Deputy Clerk.
The commission met with their staff to review the day’s business and go over the agenda
requests.
