THE APRIL ADJOURN TERM
FORMAL AGENDA
The County Commission met in the Commission Hearing Room with Mike Scofield (present),
Brandon Williams (present), and Sheila Wyatt (present).

CALL COUNTY COMMISSION MEETING TO ORDER
Presiding Commissioner Mike Scofield called the meeting to order at 9:04 a.m.
COMMISSION REMARKS
None.
MONTHLY BUDGET REPORT
David Clark, Auditor, presented the Monthly Budget Report to the Commission.
APPROVAL OF ACCOUNTS PAYABLE
Commissioner Williams moved to approve Checks #459034 through Checks #459044 and
Checks #459046 through Checks #459081, Warrant #7398 through #7401 and two Journal
Entries or Transfers. Commissioner Wyatt seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote:
Scofield (aye), Williams (aye) and Wyatt (aye).
Commissioner Wyatt left the meeting at 9:08 a.m.
Commissioner Williams moved to approve Checks #459045. Presiding Commissioner Scofield
seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote: Scofield (aye), Williams (aye) and Wyatt
(absent).
Commissioner Wyatt entered the meeting at 9:08 a.m.
APPROVAL OF PREVIOUS MEETING MINUTES
Commissioner Williams moved to approve Regular Session Minutes from May 4th and April 30th
of 2020. Commissioner Wyatt seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote: Scofield (aye),
Williams (aye) and Wyatt (aye).
APPROVAL OF PAYROLL
Commissioner Williams moved to approve payroll. Commissioner Wyatt seconded the motion.
The motion passed by vote: Scofield (aye), Williams (aye) and Wyatt (aye).
TANEY COUNTY TREASURER’S DISPOSAL LIST
Melanie Smith, Treasurer, was present.
Commissioner Wyatt moved that we enter into record Taney County Treasurer Disposal List for
the year 2016. Commissioner Williams seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote:
Scofield (aye), Williams (aye) and Wyatt (aye).
NOTICE OF RENEWAL FOR AGGREGATE ROCK – CATEGORY 1 (#20-047RB)
Devin Huff, Road and Bridge Administrator, was present. Presiding Commissioner Scofield
referenced a letter from their attorney.
Commissioner Williams moved to approve the Notice of Renewals by and between Taney
County and Table Rock Asphalt Construction Co., Taney County and APAC – Central, Inc,
Taney County and Leo Journagan Construction Co., and Taney County and American R & C
LLC aka Buchanan Materials & Tri-Lakes Redi-Mix. Commissioner Wyatt seconded the
motion. The motion passed by vote: Scofield (aye), Williams (aye) and Wyatt (aye).

Commissioner Williams moved to approve the Notice of Renewal by and between Leo
Journagan Constructions Co., Inc. and Taney County. Commissioner Wyatt seconded the
motion. The motion passed by vote: Scofield (aye), Williams (aye) and Wyatt (aye).
INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN TANEY COUNTY & CITY OF
HOLLISTER RELATING TO ROAD MAINTENANCE (20-049RB)
Devin Huff, Road and Bridge Administrator, was present. Presiding Commissioner Scofield
referenced a letter from their attorney.
Commissioner Wyatt moved to approve the Intergovernmental Agreement between Taney
County and the City of Hollister File #20-049RB. Commissioner Williams seconded the motion.
The motion passed by vote: Scofield (aye), Williams (aye), and Wyatt (aye).
RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE 2020 BUILD GRANT
Presiding Commissioner Scofield referenced a letter from their attorney.
Commissioner Williams moved to approve the Resolution of the Taney County Commission File
#20-052CM. Commissioner Wyatt seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote: Scofield
(aye), Williams (aye), and Wyatt (aye).
