THE JANUARY ADJOURN TERM
FORMAL AGENDA
The County Commission met in the Commission Hearing Room with Mike Scofield (present),
Brandon Williams (present), and Sheila Wyatt (present).

CALL COUNTY COMMISSION MEETING TO ORDER
Presiding Commissioner Mike Scofield called the meeting to order at 9:03 a.m.
COMMISSION REMARKS
None.
APPROVAL OF ACCOUNTS PAYABLE
Commissioner Wyatt moved to approve Checks #458453 through Checks #458512, no Warrants
and one Transfer. Commissioner Williams seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote:
Scofield (aye), Williams (aye) and Wyatt (aye).
APPROVAL OF PREVIOUS MEETING MINUTES
Commissioner Williams moved to approve Regular Session Minutes from March 16th, 2020.
Commissioner Wyatt seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote: Scofield (aye), Williams
(aye) and Wyatt (aye).
Commissioner Williams moved to approve Executive Session Minutes from March 16th, 2020.
Commissioner Wyatt seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote: Scofield (aye), Williams
(aye) and Wyatt (aye).
EMERGENCY GOVERNMENT PROCLAMATION OF STATE OF EMERGENCY IN
TANEY COUNTY, MISSOURI
Commissioner Williams read a Resolution to Declare a State of Emergency in Taney County.
Chuck Pennell, Assessor, Wesley Shoemaker, Chief Deputy Clerk, Lisa Marshall, Taney County
Health Department Director, were present.
Commissioner Wyatt moved to adopt the Resolution and Declaration of the State of Emergency
Due to the Coronavirus as presented. Commissioner Williams seconded the motion. The motion
passed by vote: Scofield (aye), Williams (aye) and Wyatt (aye).
COURT ORDERS
Chuck Pennel, Assessor, and Wesley Shoemaker, Chief Deputy Clerk, were present.
Commissioner Wyatt moved to approve Exhibit “A” (#300331) dated March 23, 2020.
Commissioner Williams seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote: Scofield (aye),
Williams (aye) and Wyatt (aye).

CITY OF FORSYTH FUNDING AGREEMENT FOR WWTF OXIDATION DITCH
ROTOR REPLACEMENT PROJECT
John Soutee, Environmental Services Project Coordinator, was present.
Commissioner Williams moved to approve Inter-Governmental Funding Agreement by and
between Taney County and the City of Forsyth for Waste Water Treatment Facility Oxidation
Ditch Rotor Replacement Project. Commissioner Wyatt seconded the motion. The motion
passed by vote: Scofield (aye), Williams (aye) and Wyatt (aye).

The Commission met with their staff to review the day’s business and go over agenda requests.
