THE JANUARY ADJOURN TERM
FORMAL AGENDA
The County Commission met in the Taney County Commission Conference Room with Mike
Scofield (present), Brandon Williams (present), and Sheila Wyatt (present).
CALL COUNTY COMMISSION MEETING TO ORDER
Presiding Commissioner Mike Scofield called the meeting to order at 9:45 a.m.
Also present: Andy Marmouget, KPM CPA, David Clark, Auditor, Joanna Jasper, Auditing
Specialist, Jimmie Russell, Sheriff, Donna Neeley, County Clerk, Tim Church, Tri-Lakes News
Reporter, and Stephanie Spencer, Deputy Clerk.
Discussion ensued regarding the Entrance Interview for the Independent Audit.
Chuck Pennell, Assessor, entered the meeting at 9:47 a.m.
Andy Marmouget left the meeting at 9:47 a.m.
RECESS 9:48 A.M.
RECONVENE 10:06 A.M.
PROPOSED LAW ENFORCEMENT TAX ROUND TABLE DISCUSSION

Present: Presiding Commissioner Scofield, Commissioner Williams and Commissioner Wyatt.
Also present: Melinda Burkhart, Legal Support, Melanie Smith, Treasurer, Mona Cope,
Collector, Shanna Tilley, Administrative Assistant, Chuck Pennell, Assessor, Donna Neeley,
County Clerk, Jimmie Russell, Sheriff, Tim Church, Tri-Lakes News Reporter, Jeff Seifried,
Branson Chamber, Monica Evinger, Branson Chamber, Jody Stahl, Recorder, Bart Owen, Chief
Juvenile Officer, and Stephanie Spencer, Deputy Clerk.
Discussion ensued.
Marc Rys, I.S. Administrator, entered the meeting at 10:07 a.m.
Discussion continued.
Dawn Bilyeu, Accounts Payable & Payroll, entered and left the meeting at 11:18 a.m.
ADJOURNMENT
Commissioner Williams moved to adjourn. Commissioner Wyatt seconded the motion. The
motion passed by vote: Scofield (aye), Williams (aye), and Wyatt (aye).
