DECEMBER 24th, 2019 – 27th DAY OF
THE OCTOBER ADJOURN TERM
FORMAL AGENDA
The County Commission met in the Commission Conference Room with Mike Scofield
(present), Brandon Williams (absent), and Sheila Wyatt (present).
RECONVENE: 9:04 A.M.
Commissioner Mike Scofield called the meeting out of recess at 9:04 a.m.
Also present: David Clark, Auditor, and Stephanie Spencer, Deputy Clerk.
BUDGET DISCUSSION
Discussion ensued.
Brandon Williams entered the meeting at 9:08 a.m.
Dawn Bilyeu, Accounts Payable & Payroll, entered the meeting at 10:18 a.m.
Dawn Bilyeu left the meeting at 10:21 a.m.
RECESS: 10:21 A.M.
RECONVENE: 10:22 A.M.
Dawn Bilyeu entered the meeting 10:37 a.m.
Dawn Bilyeu left the meeting at 10:40 a.m.
Commissioner Williams moved to give a two percent (2%) Cost of Living Adjustment (COLA)
raise to all employees paid by Taney County. Presiding Commissioner Scofield seconded the
motion. The motion passed by vote: Scofield (aye), Williams (aye) and Wyatt (nay).
ADJOURNMENT
Commissioner Williams moved to adjourn. Commissioner Wyatt seconded the motion. The
motion passed by vote: Scofield (aye), Williams (aye), and Wyatt (aye).
