COMMISSION MINUTES
DECEMBER 18th, 2019 – 25th DAY OF
THE OCTOBER ADJOURN TERM
FORMAL AGENDA
The County Commission met in the Commission Conference Room with Mike Scofield
(present), Brandon Williams (present), and Sheila Wyatt (present).
RECONVENE: 9:15 A.M.
Commissioner Mike Scofield called the meeting out of recess at 9:15 a.m.
Also present: David Clark, Auditor, Joanna Jasper, Auditing Specialist, Mike Mulnik, M.
Graham Clark Airport Manager, and Donna Neeley, County Clerk, were present.
BUDGET DISCUSSION
Discussion ensued.
RECESS: 10:35 A.M.
RECONVENE: 10:41 A.M.
Mike Mulnik left the meeting at 10:43 a.m.
CHRISTMAS EVE DISCUSSION
Presiding Commissioner Scofield moved to close the Courthouse at 1:00 p.m. on December 24,
2019. Commissioner Williams seconded the motion. Presiding Commissioner Scofield amended
his motion to allow up to four hours of Holiday Pay on December 24, 2019 with Courthouse
closing at 1:00 p.m. Commissioner Williams amended his second. The motion passed by vote:
Scofield (aye), Williams (aye), and Wyatt (aye).
Devin Huff, Road and Bridge Administrator, entered the meeting.
Road and Bridge issue discussed.
Devin Huff left the meeting at 11:43 a.m.
ADJOURNMENT
Commissioner Williams moved to adjourn. Commissioner Wyatt seconded the motion. The
motion passed by vote: Scofield (aye), Williams (aye), and Wyatt (aye).

12:15 P.M.
