DECEMBER 12, 2019 – 22nd DAY OF
THE OCTOBER ADJOURN TERM
FORMAL AGENDA
The County Commission met in the Commission Conference Room with Mike Scofield
(present), Brandon Williams (present), and Sheila Wyatt (present).
RECONVENE: 9:05 A.M.
Commissioner Mike Scofield called the meeting out of recess at 9:05 a.m.
Also present: Jimmie Russell, Sheriff, David Clark, Auditor, Joanna Jasper, Auditing Specialist,
and Donna Neeley, County Clerk.
BUDGET DISCUSSION
Discussion ensued.
David Clark left the meeting at 10:01 a.m.
David Clark entered the meeting at 10:02 a.m.
Sheila Wyatt left the meeting at 11:09 a.m.
Sheila Wyatt entered the meeting at 11:10 a.m.
RECESS: 11:58 A.M.
RECONVENE: 1:09 P.M.
The County Commission reconvene with Mike Scofield (present), Brandon Williams (present),
and Sheila Wyatt (present)
Also present: David Clark, Auditor, Joanna Jasper, Auditing Specialist, Denzil Brown, Assistant
Road and Bridge Administrator, Devin Huff, Road and Bridge Administrator, and Donna Neeley,
County Clerk.
Brandon Williams left the meeting at 1:30 p.m.
Brandon Williams entered the meeting at 1:31 p.m.
Devin Huff left the meeting at 1:57 p.m.
Devin Huff entered the meeting at 1:59 p.m.
Devin Huff and Denzil Brown left the meeting at 2:19 p.m.
Shanna Tilley, Administrative Assistant, entered the meeting at 2:19 p.m.
Shanna Tilley left the meeting at 2:24 p.m.
ADJOURNMENT
Commissioner Williams moved to adjourn. Commissioner Wyatt seconded the motion. The
motion passed by vote: Scofield (aye), Williams (aye), and Wyatt (aye).
ADJOURN: 2:32 P.M.
