THE OCTOBER ADJOURN TERM
FORMAL AGENDA
The County Commission met in the Commission Conference Room with Mike Scofield
(present), Brandon Williams (absent), and Sheila Wyatt (present).
CALL COUNTY COMMISSION MEETING TO ORDER
Commissioner Mike Scofield called the meeting to order at 9:03 a.m.
Also present: William Duston, Prosecuting Attorney, Melinda Burkhart, Legal Support, David
Clark, Auditor, Joanna Jasper, Auditing Specialist, and Donna Neeley, County Clerk.
BUDGET DISCUSSION
Discussion ensued.
Commissioner Brandon Williams entered the meeting at 9:15 a.m.
William Duston, Brandon Williams, and Melinda Burkhart left the meeting at 9:34 a.m.
RECESS: 9:36 A.M.
RECONVENE: 10:00 A.M
Brandon Williams returned to the meeting.
Scott Starrett, Planning and Zoning Administrator, was present.
Discussion ensued.
Scott Starrett left the meeting at 10:21 a.m.
RECESS: 10:45 A.M.
RECONVENE: 10:52 A.M.
Sherry Simpson, Animal Control Supervisor, was present.
Discussion ensued.
Sherry Simpson left the meeting at 11:33 a.m.
RECESS: 11:33 A.M.
Commissioner Wyatt sworn in as temporary Presiding Commissioner by Donna Neeley, County
Clerk.
RECONVENE: 1:02 P.M.
The County Commission reconvene with Mike Scofield (absent), Brandon Williams (present),
and Sheila Wyatt (present)
Also present: David Clark, Auditor, Joanna Jasper, Auditing Specialist, Brad Allbritton, Sewer
Administrator, and Donna Neeley, County Clerk.
Discussion ensued.
Joanna Jasper left the meeting at 1:46 p.m.
Joanna Jasper entered the meeting at 1:50 p.m.
Brad Allbritton left the meeting at 1:52 p.m.
RECESS: 2:15 P.M.
