DECEMBER 5th, 2019 – 18TH DAY OF
THE OCTOBER ADJOURN TERM
FORMAL AGENDA
The County Commission met in the Commission Conference Room with Mike Scofield
(present), Brandon Williams (present), and Sheila Wyatt (present).
Also present: Dawn Muller, Employee Benefits, was present.
CALL COUNTY MEETING TO ORDER
Presiding Commissioner Scofield called the meeting out of recess at 9:13 a.m.
EXECUTIVE SESSION PER SECTION 610.021. (1)(3)
(Taney County Commission Conference Room)
Commissioner Williams moved to enter into Executive Session per section 610.021. (1) (3)
(Legal & Personnel). Commissioner Wyatt seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote:
Scofield (aye), Williams (aye), and Wyatt (aye).

END OF EXECUTIVE SESSION: 11:49 A.M.
BUDGET DISCUSSION
Also present: David Clark, Auditor, Joanna Jasper, Auditing Specialist, Carol Davis, Public
Administrator, and Kim Lovelace, Deputy Clerk.
Discussion Ensued.
Joanna Jasper left the meeting at 12:22 p.m.
Carol Davis left the meeting at 12:23 p.m.
Joanna Jasper returned to the meeting at 12:24 p.m.
Shanna Tilley, Administrative Assistant, entered and exited the meeting at 12:40 p.m.
ADJOURNMENT
Commissioner Williams moved to adjourn. Commissioner Wyatt seconded the motion. The
motion passed by vote: Scofield (aye), Williams (aye), and Wyatt (aye).
