DECEMBER 3, 2019 – 16TH DAY OF
THE OCTOBER ADJOURN TERM
FORMAL AGENDA
The County Commission met in the Commission Conference Room with Mike Scofield
(present), Brandon Williams (present), and Sheila Wyatt (present).
CALL COUNTY COMMISSION MEETING TO ORDER
Commissioner Mike Scofield called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m.
Also present: Scott Terpening, Building and Grounds, Keith Gwin, Jail Administrator, Joanna
Jasper, Auditing Specialist, Renee Brusca, Building and Grounds, Brad Allbritton, Sewer
Administrator, Travis Heier, Engineer HDR, and Donna Neeley, County Clerk.
DISCUSSION OF JAIL MAINTENANCE
Discussion ensued.
Commissioner Wyatt made a motion to begin the process for HDR to install a Muffin Monster
between the Taney County Jail and City of Forsyth Sewer. Commissioner Williams seconded the
motion. The motion passed by vote: Scofield (aye), Williams (aye), and Wyatt (aye).
Brad Allbritton, Keith Gwin, Renee Brusca, Scott Terpening, and Travis Heier left the meeting at
9:23 a.m.
BUDGET DISCUSSION
David Clark, Auditor, entered the meeting at 9:35 a.m.
Melanie Smith, Treasurer, entered the meeting at 10:02 a.m.
Melanie Smith and Joanna Jasper left the meeting at 10:37 a.m.
Jody Stahl, Recorder, entered the meeting at 10:37 a.m.
Jody Stahl, Recorder, left the meeting at 11:00 a.m.
RECESS: 11:27 A.M.
RECONVENE: 11:35 A.M.
BUDGET DISCUSSION
Discussion ensued.
Commissioner Williams moved to adjourn. Commissioner Wyatt seconded the motion. The
motion passed by vote: Scofield (aye), Williams (aye), and Wyatt (aye).
