Commissioner Wyatt sworn in as temporary Presiding Commissioner.
FORMAL AGENDA
The County Commission met in the Commission Conference Room with Mike Scofield (absent),
Brandon Williams (present), and Sheila Wyatt (present).
Also present: Chuck Pennel, Assessor, Lyn Wieneke, Business Personal Property Clerk, Kenny
Davis, Field Appraiser, Keith Davis, Field Appraiser, Wesley Shoemaker, Chief Deputy Clerk,
and Kim Lovelace, Deputy Clerk.
CALL COUNTY COMMISSION MEETING TO ORDER
Temporary Presiding Commissioner Wyatt called the meeting to order at 1:33 p.m.
COURT ORDER
Commissioner Williams moved to approve Exhibit “A “dated October 22, 2019. Temporary
Presiding Commissioner Wyatt seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote: Scofield
(absent), Williams (aye) and Wyatt (aye).
Exhibit A
Commissioner Williams moved to approve Exhibit “B” dated October 22, 2019. Temporary
Presiding Commissioner Wyatt seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote Scofield
(absent), Williams (aye), and Wyatt (aye).
Exhibit B
Commissioner Williams moved to approve Exhibit “C” dated October 22, 2019. Temporary
Presiding Commissioner Wyatt seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote Scofield
(absent), Williams (aye), and Wyatt (aye).

Kenny Davis left the meeting at 1:48 p.m.
Kenny Davis entered the meeting at 1:52 p.m.
Commissioner Williams denied abatement #205757. Temporary Presiding Commissioner Wyatt
seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote Scofield (absent), Williams (aye), and Wyatt
(aye).
Commissioner Williams moved to approve Exhibit “D”excluding #205623 and #205757 dated
October 22, 2019. Temporary Presiding Commissioner Wyatt seconded the motion. The motion
passed by vote Scofield (absent), Williams (aye), and Wyatt (aye).
Exhibit D
Commissioner Williams moved to approve abatement numbers 205761, 205766, 205767,
205771, 205774, and 205775 as Occupancies. Temporary Presiding Commissioner Wyatt
seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote Scofield (absent), Williams (aye) and Wyatt
(aye).
Commissioner Williams moved to deny abatement #205773. Temporary Presiding
Commissioner Wyatt seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote Scofield (absent),
Williams (aye) and Wyatt (aye).
Occupancies
Commissioner Williams moved to approve the remaining abatements on Exhibit “E” dated
October 22, 2019. Commissioner Wyatt seconded the motion with discussion.
Commissioner Williams amended his motion to approve Exhibit “E” dated October 22, 2019
excluding abatement numbers 205761, 205766, 205767, 205771, 205773, 205774, 205775.
Temporary Presiding Commissioner Wyatt seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote
Scofield (absent), Williams (aye) and Wyatt (aye).
