MARCH 27, 2007 THE 30TH DAY OF
THE JANUARY ADJOURN TERM
The County Commission met in the Commission Office at 9:10 a.m. pursuant to
adjourn with Chuck Pennel, Presiding, and Danny Strahan, Eastern District present. Ron
Herschend, Western District, was absent. The following proceedings were had and made
a matter of record.
SEWER BOARD APPOINTMENT
Commissioner Strahan made a motion to appoint Larry Gardner to fill the vacant
position on the Sewer Board. Commissioner Pennel seconded the motion. The motion
passed by a vote of two: Pennel (yea), Herschend (absent), Strahan (yea).
