Funding approved by Governor Parson for Certified Missouri Library systems.
CALL COUNTY COMMISSION MEETING TO ORDER
Presiding Commissioner Scofield called the meeting to order at 9:03 a.m.
COMMISSION REMARKS
None.
APPROVE ACCOUNTS PAYABLE
Commissioner Wyatt moved to approve Checks #455475-455498 and Checks #455500-455544
and Warrants #7228 - 7231 and three Journal Entries. Commissioner Williams seconded the
motion. The motion passed by vote: Scofield (aye), Williams (aye) and Wyatt (aye).
Commissioner Wyatt left the room.
Commissioner Williams moved to approve Check #455499. Presiding Commissioner Scofield
seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote: Scofield (aye), Williams (aye) and Wyatt
(absent).
Commissioner Wyatt re-entered the room.
APPROVAL OF PREVIOUS MEETING MINUTES
Commissioner Wyatt moved to approve Regular Session Minutes from July 8, 2019.
Commissioner Williams seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote: Scofield (aye),
Williams (aye) and Wyatt (aye).
COURT ORDERS
Chuck Pennel, Assessor, Wesley Shoemaker, Chief Deputy Clerk, Curtis Jarred and Leigh
Babbitt-Bekebrede, Electronic Billboard owners, were present.
Commissioner Wyatt moved to deny Exhibit “A” (#205023-205024) dated July 15th, 2019.
Presiding Commissioner Scofield seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote: Scofield
(aye), Williams (abstain) and Wyatt (aye).

INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT FOR THE USE OF SHOOTING RANGE –
CITY OF BRANSON – ADDENDUM #18-087S(1)
Jimmie Russell, Sheriff, was present. Commissioner Wyatt referenced a letter from their
attorney.
Commissioner Williams moved to approve the Addendum to the Intergovernmental Cooperative
Agreement by and between Taney County and the City of Branson. Commissioner Wyatt
seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote: Scofield (aye), Williams (aye) and Wyatt
(aye).
AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT FOR COUNTY ROAD SIGNS – NEWMAN SIGNS,
INC #19-064RB
Devin Huff, Road and Bridge Administrator, was present. Presiding Commissioner Scofield
referenced a letter from their attorney.
Commissioner Williams moved to approve the Amendment to the Agreement for County Road
Signs by and between Taney County and Newman Signs, Inc. Commissioner Wyatt seconded
the motion. The motion passed by vote: Scofield (aye), Williams (aye) and Wyatt (aye).

(Legal and Personnel). Commissioner Wyatt seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote:
Scofield (aye), Williams (aye) and Wyatt (aye).

DAILY STAFF REVIEW & AGENDA REQUESTS
(Taney County Commission Conference Room)
Shanna Tilley, Administrative Assistant, Donna Neeley, County Clerk, and David Clark,
Auditor, were present for the meeting.
The Commission met with their staff to review the day’s business and go over agenda requests.

Commissioner Wyatt moved to adjourn. Commissioner Williams seconded the motion. The
motion passed by vote: Scofield (aye), Williams (aye), and Wyatt (aye).
