CALL COUNTY COMMISSION MEETING TO ORDER
Presiding Commissioner Scofield called the meeting to order at 9:02 a.m.
COMMISSION REMARKS
None.
APPROVE ACCOUNTS PAYABLE
Commissioner Williams moved to approve Checks #455131-455166 and Checks #455168-
455258, no Warrants and no Journal Entries or Transfers. Commissioner Wyatt seconded the
motion. The motion passed by vote: Scofield (aye), Williams (aye) and Wyatt (aye).
Commissioner Wyatt left the room.
Commissioner Williams moved to approve Check #455167. Presiding Commissioner Scofield
seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote: Scofield (aye), Williams (aye) and Wyatt
(absent).
Commissioner Wyatt re-entered the room.
APPROVAL OF PREVIOUS MEETING MINUTES
Commissioner Wyatt moved to approve Regular Session Minutes from June 10, 2019.
Commissioner Williams seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote: Scofield (aye),
Williams (aye) and Wyatt (aye).
Commissioner Wyatt moved to approve Executive Session Minutes from June 10, 2019 with
corrections. Commissioner Williams seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote: Scofield
(aye), Williams (aye) and Wyatt (aye).
CITY OF HOLLISTER REQUEST FOR WWTF & SANITARY SEWER CAPITAL
IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
John Soutee, Project Coordinator Environmental Services, and Kelly Burgess, City of Hollister
Waste Water Treatment Plant Supervisor were present.
Commissioner Williams moved to approve the City of Hollister request for funding agreement
for the Waste Water Treatment Facility and Sanitary Sewer Capital Improvement Project in the
amount of $144,087.00. Commissioner Wyatt seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote:
Scofield (aye), Williams (aye) and Wyatt (aye).
DALE AVENUE – CONTRACT FOR PUCHASE AND SALE OF REAL ESTATE #18-
131RB
Devin Huff, Road & Bridge Administrator was present. Presiding Commissioner Scofield
referenced a letter from their attorney.
Commissioner Williams moved to approve agreement by and between Taney County and Macie
Johnson. Commissioner Wyatt seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote: Scofield (aye),
Williams (aye) and Wyatt (aye).
TANEY COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT UPDATE
Lisa Marshall, Health Department Director updated the Commission on the Health Department
programs.

(Legal and Personnel). Commissioner Wyatt seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote:

Shanna Tilley, Administrative Assistant and Stephanie Spencer, Deputy Clerk were present for
the meeting.
The Commission met with their staff to review the day’s business and go over agenda requests.
