Presiding Commissioner Scofield called the meeting to order at 9:02 a.m.

MONTHLY BUDGET REPORT
David Clark, Auditor presented the monthly budget report.

APPROVE ACCOUNTS PAYABLE
Commissioner Williams moved to approve Checks #455045-455102 and Warrants #7210 – 7214
no Journal Entries or Transfers. Commissioner Wyatt seconded the motion. The motion passed
by vote: Scofield (aye), Williams (aye) and Wyatt (aye).

APPROVAL OF PREVIOUS MEETING MINUTES
Commissioner Wyatt moved to approve Regular Session Minutes from May 24, 2019.
Commissioner Williams seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote: Scofield (aye),
Williams (aye) and Wyatt (aye).

Commissioner Wyatt moved to approve Regular Session Minutes from June 3, 2019. Presiding
Commissioner Scofield seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote: Scofield (aye),
Williams (abstain) and Wyatt (aye).

Commissioner Wyatt moved to approve Executive Session Minutes from May 28, 2019.
Commissioner Williams seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote: Scofield (aye),
Williams (aye) and Wyatt (aye).

APPROVAL OF PAYROLL
Commissioner Williams moved to approve Payroll. Commissioner Wyatt seconded the motion.
The motion passed by vote: Scofield (aye), Williams (aye) and Wyatt (aye).

TRANSPORTATION ADVISORY BOARD APPOINTMENT
Commissioner Wyatt moved to appoint Keith Francis to District 6 of the Taney County
Transportation Advisory Board term commencing January 1, 2019 and ending on December 31,
2022. Commissioner Williams seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote: Scofield (aye),
Williams (aye) and Wyatt (aye).
NOTICE OF RENEWAL – AGREEMENT FOR COUNTY ROAD SIGNS – NEWMAN
SIGNS, INC. (NEWMAN) #19-064RB
Presiding Commissioner Scofield referenced letter from their attorney.

Commissioner Williams moved to approve Notice of Renewal Agreement by and between Taney
County and Newman Signs, Inc. Commissioner Wyatt seconded the motion. The motion passed
by vote: Scofield (aye), Williams (aye) and Wyatt (aye).
NOTICE OF RENEWAL – AGREEMENT FOR MECHANIC SERVICES #19-063RB
Commissioner Williams moved to approve the agreement by and between Taney County and
Fabick Cat for mechanic services labeled as Primary service provider. Commissioner Wyatt
seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote: Scofield (aye), Williams (aye) and Wyatt
(aye).

FABICK CATERPILLAR (FABICK) – PRIMARY
MURPHY TRACTOR & EQUIPMENT CO., INC (MURPHY) – SECONDARY
Commissioner Williams moved to approve agreement by and between Taney County and
Murphy Tractor & Equipment Co., Inc. for mechanic services labeled as Secondary service
provider. Commissioner Wyatt seconded the motion with a question. The motion passed by vote:
Scofield (aye), Williams (aye) and Wyatt (aye).
SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT NO. 1 TO ENGINEERING SERVICES CONTRACT
#19-065RB
Devin Huff, Road & Bridge Administrator was present.

Commissioner Wyatt moved to approve the Supplemental Agreement No. 1 for the Engineering
Services Contract between Great River Engineering and Taney County. Commissioner Williams
seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote: Scofield (aye), Williams (aye) and Wyatt
(aye).

TRANSFER STATION BUILDING DAMAGE RELEASE – AUTOMATED WASTE
SERVICE #19-021RB
Devin Huff, Road & Bridge Administrator was present.

Commissioner Williams moved to approve the Transfer Station Building Damage Release for
Automated Waste Service, LLC. Commissioner Wyatt seconded the motion. The motion passed
by vote: Scofield (aye), Williams (aye) and Wyatt (aye).

UNIVERSITY OF MISSOURI EXTENSION UPDATE
Willa Williams, Community Engagement Specialist, Michael Dennigmann, Agronomy Intern,
and Sandra Smart, Regional Business Consultant updated the Commission on the extension
office programs.

Commissioner Williams moved to enter into Executive Session for per section 610.021. (1)(3)
(Legal and Personnel). Commissioner Wyatt seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote:
Scofield (aye), Williams (aye) and Wyatt (aye).

DAILY STAFF REVIEW & AGENDA REQUESTS

Shanna Tilley, Administrative Assistant and Donna Neeley, County Clerk were present for the
meeting.

The Commission met with their staff to review the day’s business and go over agenda requests.
