THE APRIL ADJOURN TERM
Present: Presiding Commissioner Scofield (via tele-communication), Commissioner Williams
(via tele-communication) and Commissioner Wyatt (present)
CALL COUNTY COMMISSION MEETING TO ORDER
(Phone – In, Taney County Commission Office)
Presiding Commissioner Scofield called the meeting to order at 8:05 a.m.
WARRANTY DEED – DONALD ALAN WAKSMAN & REGINA L. WAKSMAN
Commissioner Wyatt moved to approve the Warranty Deed between Donald and Regina
Waksman for property on Coon Creek to convey to Taney County for the Coon Creek Bridge
project. Commissioner Williams seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote: Scofield
(aye), Williams (aye) and Wyatt (aye).
ADJOURNMENT
Commissioner Williams moved to adjourn. Commissioner Wyatt seconded the motion. The
motion passed by vote: Scofield (aye), Williams (aye) and Wyatt (aye).
