CALL COMMISSION MEETING TO ORDER
Presiding Commissioner Scofield called the Commission meeting to order at 9:03 a.m.

EXECUTIVE SESSION PER SECTION 610.021.3 (PERSONNEL)

None.

COMMISSION REMARKS
Presiding Commissioner Scofield announced information and dates for the Taney County Spring
Clean Up. Presiding Commissioner Scofield also announced that the Hollister R-V School
District Board of Education had spotlighted the Taney County Road & Bridge Department in
appreciation for partnering and supporting the district by presenting them with a plaque.

Prayer and Pledge

COLLECTOR’S ANNUAL YEAR END SETTLEMENT
Mona Cope, Collector presented the Annual Year End Settlement to the Commission.

Donna Neeley, County Clerk confirmed she had completed the Form 1313 and that she and the
Collector had both balanced.

Commissioner Wyatt moved to accept the delinquent books as submitted into the record.
Commissioner Williams seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote: Scofield (aye),
Williams (aye) and Wyatt (aye).

Commissioner Williams moved to enter into the record the Collector’s Settlement as presented.
Commissioner Wyatt seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote: Scofield (aye), Williams
(aye) and Wyatt (aye).
MONTHLY BUDGET REPORT
David Clark, Auditor was present and presented the Monthly Budget Report to the Commission.

APPROVAL OF ACCOUNTS PAYABLE
Commissioner Williams moved to approve Checks #454197-454277, Warrants #7178-7182 and
one Journal Entry. Commissioner Wyatt seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote:
Scofield (aye), Williams (aye) and Wyatt (aye).

APPROVAL OF PREVIOUS MEETING MINUTES
Commissioner Wyatt moved to approve Executive Session minutes from April 1, 2019.
Commissioner Williams seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote: Scofield (aye),
Williams (aye) and Wyatt (aye).

Commissioner Williams moved to approve the Regular Session minutes from April 1, 2019.
Commissioner Wyatt seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote: Scofield (aye), Williams
(aye) and Wyatt (aye).

COURT ORDERS
Wesley Shoemaker, Chief Deputy Clerk and Chuck Pennel, Assessor were present.

Commissioner Wyatt moved to approve Exhibit A (Personal Property #300293) dated April 9,

Right-of-Way for Public Road Purposes & Temporary Construction Easement for Construction
of Public Road Improvements by and between Steven J. Creedon and Katrina R. Creedon and
Taney County. Commissioner Wyatt seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote: Scofield
(aye), Williams (aye) and Wyatt (aye).

GRANT OF PERMANENT & PERPETUAL EASEMENT & RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR

ROAD PETITIONS
Devin Huff, Road and Bridge Administrator was present.

Emery Creek Boulevard
Commissioner Williams moved to accept Emery Creek Blvd into the Taney County road system.
Commissioner Wyatt seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote: Scofield (aye), Williams
(aye) and Wyatt (aye).

Kings Way and Majestic Circle
Commissioner Wyatt moved to deny Kings Way and Majestic Cir due to the reasons given by
the Taney County Road and Bridge Administrator. Commissioner Williams seconded with
discussion. The motion failed by vote: Scofield (nay), Williams (nay) and Wyatt (nay).

Commissioner Williams moved to table Kings Way and Majestic Cir for an indefinite time.
Commissioner Wyatt seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote: Scofield (aye), Williams
(aye) and Wyatt (aye).

Gunner Hill Road and Lehart Road
Commissioner Williams moved to accept Gunner Hill Rd and Lehart Rd into the Taney County
road system. Commissioner Wyatt seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote: Scofield
(aye), Williams (aye) and Wyatt (aye).

Salem Road Loop, Walnut Way Road, Twisting Trail Lane, Linda Lane and Seaten Road
Commissioner Williams moved to table Salem Road Loop, Walnut Way Rd, Twisting Trail Ln,
Linda Ln and Seaten Rd for an indefinite time. Commissioner Wyatt seconded the motion. The
motion passed by vote: Scofield (aye), Williams (aye) and Wyatt (aye).

Rose Arbor Court
Commissioner Wyatt moved to deny Rose Arbor Ct. Commissioner Williams seconded the
motion. The motion passed by vote: Scofield (aye), Williams (aye) and Wyatt (aye).

Birchwood Circle #1, Birchwood Circle #2, Woodland Drive East, Woodland Drive North,
Maple Leaf Drive, Woodland Drive West, and Forest Lane
Commissioner Williams moved to table Birchwood Cir #1, Birchwood Cir #2, Woodland Drive
East, Woodland Drive North, Maple Leaf Dr, Woodland Drive West, and Forest Ln.
Commissioner Wyatt seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote: Scofield (aye), Williams

Kirtley Road
Commissioner Williams moved to approve Kirtley Rd contingent upon survey on road and turn
around. Commissioner Wyatt seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote: Scofield (aye),
Williams (aye) and Wyatt (aye).

McMeen Road
Commissioner Williams moved to approve McMeen Rd. Commissioner Wyatt seconded the
motion. The motion passed by vote: Scofield (aye), Williams (aye) and Wyatt (aye).

Ozark Road and Entry Road
Commissioner Williams moved to approve Ozark Rd and Entry Rd. Commissioner Wyatt
seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote: Scofield (aye), Williams (aye) and Wyatt
(aye).

Bear Creek Estates
Commissioner Williams moved to approve Bear Creek Estates Ct. Commissioner Wyatt
seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote: Scofield (aye), Williams (aye) and Wyatt
(aye).

Shore Acre Drive
Commissioner Wyatt moved to accept Shore Acre Dr into the system with the property owner
providing the culverts. Commissioner Williams seconded the motion. The motion passed by
vote: Scofield (aye), Williams (aye) and Wyatt (aye).

Woodland Hills Drive
Commissioner Williams moved to accept Woodland Hills Dr. Commissioner Wyatt seconded
with discussion. The motion passed by vote: Scofield (aye), Williams (aye) and Wyatt (aye).

Old Well Road, Stagecoach Road and Wagon Wheel Court
Commissioner Williams moved to accept Old Well Rd, Stagecoach Rd and Wagon Wheel Ct
into the Taney County road system contingent upon the roads becoming platted as public roads.
Commissioner Wyatt seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote: Scofield (aye), Williams
(aye) and Wyatt (aye).
