Did not take place.

Commissioner Sheila Wyatt is sworn in as temporary Presiding Commissioner.

CALL COMMISSION MEETING TO ORDER
Temporary Presiding Commissioner Sheila Wyatt called the Commission meeting to order at
9:04 a.m.

Prayer and Pledge

APPROVAL OF ACCOUNTS PAYABLE
Commissioner Williams moved to approve check #453912-453938, #453940-453990 and
Warrants #7168-7170. Temporary Presiding Commissioner Wyatt seconded the motion. The
motion passed by vote: Scofield (absent), Williams (aye) and Wyatt (aye).

Temporary Presiding Commissioner Wyatt notes that check #453939 is tabled until next week.

APPROVAL OF PREVIOUS MEETING MINUTES
Commissioner Williams moved to table previous session minutes from March 11, 2019 and
March 12, 2019 until March 25, 2019. Temporary Presiding Commissioner seconded the motion.
The motion passed by vote: Scofield (absent), Williams (aye) and Wyatt (aye).

APPROVAL OF PAYROLL
Commissioner Williams moved to approve payroll. Temporary Presiding Commissioner Wyatt
seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote: Scofield (absent), Williams (aye) and Wyatt
(aye).

BID RECOMMENDATION FOR DODGE CHARGER PATROL CARS (2) #201902-423
Ron Erickson, Purchasing Director & Jimmie Russell, Sheriff were present.

Discussion ensued.

Commissioner Williams moved to award bid #201902-423 to Tri-Lakes Motors, Inc. of Branson
for two vehicles. Temporary Presiding Commissioner Wyatt seconded the motion. The motion
passed by vote: Scofield (absent), Williams (aye) and Wyatt (aye).

BID RECOMMENDATION FOR DODGE DURANGO SUV’S (2) #201902-424
Commissioner Williams moved to approve bid #201902-424 to Tri-Lakes Motors, Inc. for two
Dodge Durango SUVs. Temporary Presiding Commissioner Wyatt seconded the motion. The
motion passed by vote: Scofield (absent), Williams (aye) and Wyatt (aye).

TANEY COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT UPDATE
Lisa Marshall, Interim Director of Taney County Health Department presented an update on
various programs.

CLAIMS REVIEW WITH JOHN AKERS, OLLIS / AKERS / ARNEY
John Akers, Insurance Counselor with Ollis/Akers/Arney Insurance Agency presented the county
claims review.

Present: Temporary Presiding Commissioner Wyatt and Commissioner Williams.

Also present: Travis Elliott, Commission Attorney, Devin Huff, County Highway Administrator,
Presley Cozort, Deputy Clerk, Tim Church, Tri-Lakes News Paper; residents from Emerald
Pointe, Jerry McMurtry, Mike Moss, Ken Bell, Steve Trauth, and Jeff Drexler.

Discussion ensued.

DAILY STAFF REVIEW & AGENDA REQUESTS
Shanna Tilley, Administrative Assistant, Presley Cozort and Tim Church were present.

The Commission met with their staff to review the day’s business and go over agenda requests.

the motion. The motion passed by vote: Scofield (absent), Williams (aye) and Wyatt (aye).
