THE JANUARY ADJOURN TERM
COMMISSION MEETING
(Commission Conference Room)
Present: Presiding Commissioner Scofield, Commissioner Williams (via teleconference) and
Commissioner Wyatt.
Also present were Chuck Pennel, Assessor and Stephanie Spencer, Deputy Clerk.
CALL COMMISSION MEETING TO ORDER
Presiding Commissioner Mike Scofield called the Commission meeting to order at 1:30 p.m.
COURT ORDERS
Stephanie Spencer, Deputy Clerk and Chuck Pennel, Assessor presented Court Orders to the
Commission.
Commissioner Wyatt moved to approve Exhibit A dated February 27, 2019 (Court Order
#204428). Commissioner Williams seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote: Scofield
(aye), Williams (aye) and Wyatt (aye).
