CALL COMMISSION MEETING TO ORDER
Presiding Commissioner Mike Scofield called the Commission meeting to order at 9:03 a.m.

COUNTY’S CERTIFICATION OF TITLE II EXPENDITURES & UNOBLIGATED
FUNDS
Donna Neeley, County Clerk was present.

Discussion ensued.

APPROVAL OF ACCOUNTS PAYABLE
Commissioner Wyatt moved to approve checks #453551-453623, Warrants #7149-7151 and two
Journal Entries. Commissioner Williams seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote:
Scofield (aye), Williams (aye) and Wyatt (aye)

APPROVAL OF PAYROLL
Commissioner Williams moved to approve payroll. Commissioner Wyatt seconded the motion.
The motion passed by vote: Scofield (aye), Williams (aye) and Wyatt (aye).

APPROVAL OF PREVIOUS MEETING MINUTES
Commissioner Williams moved to approve regular meeting minutes from February 11, 2019
with corrections regarding the motion for Taney County Bridge Round Mountain Project.
Commissioner Wyatt seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote: Scofield (aye), Williams
(aye) and Wyatt (aye).

PENALTIES & INTEREST Parcel #08-9.0-30-000-000-066.003 (SHAWN BOUSHEHRI)
Mona Cope, Collector & Chuck Pennel, Assessor were present.

Commissioner Wyatt moved to deny the penalties and fees for parcel #08-9.0-30-000-0066.003
per statute RSMo 52.240.4 which was cited by Presiding Commissioner Scofield. Commissioner
Williams seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote: Scofield (aye), Williams (aye) and
Wyatt (aye).

PENALTIES & INTEREST PARCELS #08-4.0-17-000-000-018.003, .004 & .005 FOR
TAXES YEARS 2017 & 2018 (CARY PASCHKE)
Commissioner Wyatt moved to refund the penalties and interest on parcels #08-4.0-17-000-000-
.018.003, .004, & .005. Commissioner Williams seconded the motion. The motion passed by
vote: Scofield (aye), Williams (aye) and Wyatt (aye).

BID RECOMMENDATION FOR JANITORIAL SUPPLIES #201901-420
Renee Brusca, Building & Grounds Administrator and Ron Erickson, Purchasing Director were
present.

Commissioner Williams moved to award bid #201901-420 to Aspen Chemical & Supply, Inc.,
Boettcher Service & Supply, Dispose N’ Save, Hillyard, Inc., Industrial Soap Company, Laundry
Solutions Company and Pippen. Commissioner Wyatt seconded the motion. The motion passed
by vote: Scofield (aye), Williams (aye) and Wyatt (aye).
COURT ORDERS
Wesley Shoemaker, Chief Deputy Clerk and Chuck Pennel, Assessor presented Court Orders to
the Commission.

Commissioner Williams moved to approve Exhibit A dated February 19, 2019 (Personal
Property Paid Abatements #300285-300287). Commissioner Wyatt seconded the motion. The
motion passed by vote: Scofield (aye), Williams (aye) and Wyatt (aye).

PERSONAL PROPERTY ADD-ON REPORT
Commissioner Williams moved to approve and enter into the record the pre-paid abatements and
add-on report as presented by the County Clerk’s Office for January. Commissioner Wyatt
seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote: Scofield (aye), Williams (aye) and Wyatt
(aye).

Also present were Devin Huff, Road & Bridge Administrator and Presley Cozort, Deputy Clerk.

Commissioner Williams moved to go into Executive Session per section 610.021.3 (Personnel).
Commissioner Wyatt seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote: Scofield (aye), Williams
(aye) and Wyatt (aye).
