CALL TO ORDER
Presiding Commissioner Mike Scofield called the Commission to order at 9:08 a.m.

FORMAL AGENDA
The County Commission met in the Commission Hearing Room with Mike Scofield (present),
Brandon Williams (present) and Sheila Wyatt (present).

Prayer and Pledge

APPROVAL OF ACCOUNTS PAYABLE
Commissioner Williams moved to approve checks #453006 thru #453040, one warrant#7121 and
seven journal entries. Commissioner Wyatt seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote:
Scofield (aye), Williams (aye) and Wyatt (aye).

APPROVAL OF PREVIOUS MEETING MINUTES
Commissioner Wyatt moved to approve the minutes from December 10th, and December 26th
2018 with corrections. Commissioner Williams seconded the motion. The motion passed by
vote: Scofield (aye), Williams (aye), and Wyatt (aye).

Commissioner Wyatt moved to approve the minutes from December 21, 2018 with corrections.
Commissioner Williams seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote: Scofield (aye),
Williams (aye), and Wyatt (aye).

COON CREEK CHANGE ORDER NO. 2 (#18-085RB)
Devin Huff, Road & Bridge Assistant Administrator, Spencer Jones, Great River Engineering,
and Larry Henderson, Project Manager Hartman & Co requested a Coon Creek Change Order.

Commissioner Wyatt moved to approve the Coon Creek Change Order No 2. Commissioner
Williams seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote: Scofield (aye), Williams (aye) and
Wyatt (aye).
WHITE RIVER VALLEY HISTORICAL SOCIETY AGREEMENT 2019 (#18-138CM)
Commissioner Williams moved to approve the White River Valley Historical Society Agreement
by and between Taney County. Commissioner Wyatt seconded the motion. The motion passed
by vote: Scofield (aye), Williams (aye) and Wyatt (aye).
NOTICE OF RENEWAL FOR GLASS RECYCLING SERVICES (#18-135CM)
Commissioner Williams moved to approve the Ripple Glass, LLC Renewal Agreement by and
between Taney County. Commissioner Wyatt seconded the motion with discussion. The motion
passed by vote: Scofield (aye), Williams (aye) and Wyatt (aye).
NOTICE OF RENEWAL FOR NEWSPAPER SERVICES (#18-136CM)
Commissioner Wyatt moved to approve the Tri-Lakes Newspaper Renewal Agreement with
Taney County. Commissioner Williams seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote:
Scofield (aye), Williams (aye) and Wyatt (aye).
BOARD APPOINTMENTS
SENIOR SERVICES BOARD - Commissioner Williams moved to appoint David
Schmale and Lee Ann Coffelt to the Senior Services Board commencing on January 1, 2019 and
to expire December 31, 2022. Commissioner Wyatt seconded the motion. The motion passed by
vote: Scofield (aye), Williams (aye) and Wyatt (aye).

SEWER BOARD- Commissioner Wyatt moved to appoint Randy Casey to the Regional
Sewer Board commencing on January 1, 2019 and to expire December 31, 2023. Commissioner
Williams seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote: Scofield (aye), Williams (aye) and
Wyatt (aye).

BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT- Commissioner Williams moved to appoint Cory
Roebuck to the Board of Adjustment commencing on January 1, 2019 and to expire December
31, 2022. Commissioner Wyatt seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote: Scofield (aye),
Williams (aye) and Wyatt (aye).

BOARD OF EQUALIZATION- Tabled to a later date.

CORRECTION TO PENALTIES & INTEREST REQUEST
Mona Cope, Collector presented a correction of penalties and fees.

Commissioner Williams moved to waive the 2017 penalties and fees to parcel #18-7.0-35-003-
001-008.003. Commissioner Wyatt seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote: Scofield
(aye), Williams (aye) and Wyatt (aye).

PENALTIES & INTEREST
Commissioner Williams moved to waive the 2017 penalties and fees to parcel #07-6.0-24-000-
000-006.000. Commissioner Wyatt seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote: Scofield
(aye), Williams (aye) and Wyatt (aye).

COURT ORDERS
Chuck Pennel, Assessor and Stephanie Spencer, Deputy Clerk presented Court Orders.

Commissioner Wyatt moved to approve Exhibit A, dated December 31, 2018, (Court Orders
#300265 thru #300267). Commissioner Williams seconded the motion. The motion passed by
vote: Scofield (aye), Williams (aye) and Wyatt (aye).

#204257 & #204258). Commissioner Williams seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote:
