COMMISSION MINUTES
DECEMBER 28th, 2018 25th DAY OF
THE OCTOBER ADJOURN TERM
CALL TO ORDER
Presiding Commissioner Mike Scofield called the Commission meeting to order at 3:04 p.m.
FORMAL AGENDA
The County Commission met in the Commission Conference Room with Mike Scofield
(present), Brandon Williams (present) and Sheila Wyatt (present).
Also present was Rick Findley, Auditor, Chuck Pennel, Assessor and Wesley Shoemaker, Chief
Deputy Clerk.
BUDGET DISCUSION
Chuck Pennel read a statement to the Commission requesting an explanation on the 2% Cost of
Living Adjustment (COLA) and the administrative fees from the Assessor’s Office.
Chuck Pennel left at 3:39 p.m.
Commission discussed cost of insurance and the tobacco free program.
Rick Findley left at 3:48 p.m.
ADJOURNMENT
Commissioner Williams moved to adjourn. Presiding Commissioner Scofield seconded the
motion. The motion passed by vote: Scofield (aye), Williams (aye) and Wyatt (aye).
