FORMAL AGENDA
The County Commission met in the Commission Conference Room with Mike Scofield
(present), Brandon Williams (present) and Sheila Wyatt (present).
CALL TO ORDER
Presiding Commissioner Mike Scofield called the Commission meeting to order at 9:04 a.m.
COMMISSION REMARKS
Commission awarded a plaque to Rick Findley, Taney County Auditor for sixteen years of
dedicated service to the Citizens of Taney County from January 1, 2003 thru December 31, 2018.
PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE PROPOSED 2019 BUDGET
Rick Findley, Taney County Auditor presented the 2019 budget to the Commission.
Commissioner Scofield opened the hearing to the public at 9:09 a.m.
Commissioner Scofield closed the Public Hearing at 9:15 a.m.
APPROVAL OF ACCOUNTS PAYABLE
Commissioner Wyatt moved to approve checks #452916 thru #452992 and two journal entries.
Commissioner Williams seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote: Scofield (aye),
Williams (aye) and Wyatt (aye).
APPROVAL OF PAYROLL
Commissioner Williams moved to approve payroll. Commissioner Wyatt seconded the motion.
The motion passed by vote: Scofield (aye), Williams (aye), and Wyatt (aye).
APPROVAL OF PREVIOUS MEETING MINUTES
Commissioner Williams moved to table the minutes from December 10, 2018 till Monday.
Commissioner Wyatt seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote: Scofield (aye), Williams
(aye), and Wyatt (aye).
Commissioner Wyatt moved to approve the minutes from December 13th, 14th, 17th, and 18th of
2018 with corrections. Commissioner Williams seconded the motion. The motion passed by
vote: Scofield (aye), Williams (aye), and Wyatt (aye).

RECONVENE

DAILY STAFF REVIEW AND AGENDA REQUESTS
The Taney County Commission went over agenda request for Monday December 31, 2018 with
Nikki Lawrence.
Commissioner William made motion to adjourn. Commissioner Wyatt seconded the motion. The
motion passed by vote: Scofield (aye), Williams (aye), and Wyatt (aye).
