CALL TO ORDER
Presiding Commissioner Scofield called the Commission meeting to order at 9:12 a.m.
FORMAL AGENDA
The County Commission met in the Commission Hearing Room with Mike Scofield (present),
Brandon Williams (present), and Sheila Wyatt (present).
COMMISSION REMARKS
None.
APPROVE ACCOUNTS PAYABLE
Commissioner Williams moved to approve Checks #451990 thru #452058, Warrants #7081 thru
#7082, and five Journal Entries or Transfers. Commissioner Wyatt seconded the motion. The
motion passed by vote: Scofield (aye), Williams (aye), and Wyatt (aye).
APPROVAL OF PREVIOUS MEETING MINUTES
Commissioner Williams moved to approve Regular Session Minutes for October 9, 2018 with
Corrections. Commissioner Wyatt seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote: Scofield
(aye), Williams (aye), and Wyatt (aye).
Commissioner Williams moved to approve October 15 Regular Session Minutes with
Corrections. Commissioner Wyatt seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote: Scofield
(aye), Williams (aye), and Wyatt (aye).
Commissioner Williams moved to approve Executive Session Minutes for October 12, 2018 with
corrections. Commissioner Wyatt seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote: Scofield
(aye), Williams (aye), and Wyatt (aye).
SENIOR TAX BOARD APPOINTMENT
Commissioner Wyatt moved to appoint Joanna Jasper to the Senior Citizen Board to replace Dr.
Dennis Thompson term beginning today and expires December 31, 2020. Commissioner
Williams seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote: Scofield (aye), Williams (aye), and
Wyatt (aye).
MoDOT MONTHLY UPDATE
Beth Schaller with MoDOT came before the Commission to present updates on the following;
• Demolition clean up of the old bridge across Table Rock Lake
• Round-about construction
• Completion of the three bridge package on the East side of Taney County
• Construction on Highway 65
• Addition of turning lanes in various locations
• Long Creek bridge replacement
• Annual planning meeting
COURT ORDERS
Chuck Pennel, Taney County Assessor, and Wesley Shoemaker, Chief Deputy Clerk, came
before the Commission to present Court Orders.

Commissioner Wyatt moved to approve Exhibit A, abatement, dated October 22, 2018.
Commissioner Williams seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote: Scofield (aye),
Williams (aye), and Wyatt (aye).

WORK SESSION – ROCKAWAY BEACH WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT
Present: Presiding Commissioner Scofield, Commissioner Williams (via teleconference),
Commissioner Wyatt, Brad Allbritton, Rick Findley, Shawn Barry with TOTH and Co., and Jan
Clark with the City of Rockaway
Mr. Findley left the meeting at 2:32 p.m.
Presiding Commissioner Scofield moved to approve the $1,885,685. Commissioner Wyatt
seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote: Scofield (aye), Williams (nay), and Wyatt
(aye).
Mr. Findley returned to the meeting at 2:35 p.m.
Mr. Allbritton, Mr. Findley, Mr. Barry, and Mrs. Clark left the meeting at 2:37.
DAILY STAFF REVIEW AND AGENDA REQUEST
Present: Presiding Commissioner Scofield, Commissioner Wyatt, Commissioner Williams, and
Shanna Tilley
The Commission met with their staff to review the day’s business and go over agenda requests.

Commissioner Williams moved to adjourn. Commissioner Wyatt seconded the motion. The
motion passed by vote: Scofield (aye), Williams (aye), and Wyatt (aye).
