Wednesday, April 28, 2021: The above RFB resulted in three (3) responses, opened
publicly, in the Commission Hearing Room, with the Assistance of Mike Mulnik, Airport
Manager. After opening responses received, a decision was made to allow time for a
thorough review of said information.
Wednesday, May 12, 2021: After which time, the Airport Board convened and reviewed
the responses, a formal agenda request to make an award recommendation on
Monday, May 17, 2021 to the Taney Commission has been requested and approved.
Monday, May 17, 2021: After a thorough review by Mike Mulnik, Airport Manager, as
well as the Airport Board, a determination was made that the lowest and best response
should be awarded to Specialty Air Conditioning, Springfield, Missouri. This vendor was
fully qualified and compliant with all bid requirements and specifications as was
requested.
We hereby ask for a motion vote to award the recommendation as outlined above.
The Taney County Commission reviewed the information and made a motion to award
Specialty Air Conditioning, Springfield, Missouri.
