Wednesday, April 14, 2021: The responses were opened, in public, for the above listed RFB, with the
assistance of Devin Huff, Road & Bridge Administrator, in the Commission Hearing Room.
Thursday, April 15, 2021: A formal agenda request to make an award recommendation on Monday, April
19, 2021 to the Taney County Commission has been requested and approved.
Monday, April 19, 2021: After a thorough review by Mr. Huff, a determination was made that the lowest
and best response received be awarded. This vendor was fully qualified and compliant with all bid
requirements and specifications as asked for. It is formally recommended that Table Rock Asphalt
Construction Co., Inc. is awarded as the supplier for this bid.
We hereby ask for a motion vote to award per the recommendations as outlined above.
Upon review and a brief discussion, the Taney County Commission made a motion to award Table Rock
Asphalt Construction Co., Inc., as primary, and American R&C, LLC dba Buchanan Materials and Tri
Lakes Redi Mix, as secondary.
