Wednesday, March 24, 2021: The above RFB resulted in two (2) bids received, that
were opened in public, with the assistance of Sheriff Brad Daniels, in the Commission
Hearing Room. After opening responses received, a decision was made to allow time
for a thorough review of said information.
Thursday, April 1, 2021: A formal agenda request to make an award recommendation
on Monday, April 5, 2021 to the Taney County Commission has been requested and
approved.
Monday, April 5, 2021: Due to the disqualification of Carthage Beine Group, LLC,
dba Carthage Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, the number of qualified bid responses has
been brought down to one (1) remaining. We recommend the award for this bid go to
Belkoh II, Inc., dba Behlmann Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, Troy, Missouri, as the lowest
bidder.
The Taney County Commission reviewed the information and made a motion to award
Belkoh II, Inc., dba Behlmann Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, Troy, Missouri.
