NOTICE OF INTENT TO DECLARE
SINGLE SOURCE PROVIDER
DATE; Monday, March 15, 2021
PRODUCT; Mobile Office Software
SSP NUMBER; 202103-471
On the date as listed above I delivered the below information to the Taney County Commission with the
assistance of Taney County Assessor Susan Chapman.
Subsequent to a request from the Taney County Assessor, a Notice of Intent to Declare Sole Source Form
was prepared / released publicly on Saturday, March 6, 2021. Said form, with a deadline of today – now
passed, was advertised in both available newspapers, one locally, as well as the Springfield News Leader. It
was also posted on the Taney County website. It included details establishing Ulrich Software, Inc. of Nixa,
Missouri as the single feasible source for Mobile Office Software. This particular software is compatible with
what Taney County currently has in place and is a part of the overall system for the Clerk, Collector and
Assessor.
The Taney County Assessor and I then formally recommended: Ulrich Software, Inc. as the single feasible
source for Mobile Office Software. There was no one present who had any questions nor felt they, or their
company, could offer an alternative, as a DIRECT SOURCE, not “third-party to Ulrich Software, Inc., with a
product as beneficial as what they offer with all of the same financial and same operational advantages to
Taney County. I asked the Taney County Commission for a motion to declare Ulrich Software, Inc. as the
Single Sole Source Provider for Mobile Office Software.
The Taney County Commission then made a motion as such as it passed unanimously.
Thank you.
