DECEMBER 28, 2006 THE 30TH DAY OF
THE OCTOBER ADJOURN TERM
The County Commission met in the County Commission Office at 12:00 p.m.
pursuant to adjourn with Chuck Pennel, Presiding and Danny Strahan, Eastern District
present. Ron Herschend, Western District was absent. The following proceedings were
had and made a matter of record.
TABLE ROCK ASPHALT
CONTRACT
Commissioner Pennel made a motion to approve the contract with Table Rock
Asphalt on paving Shadow Rock Trail. Commissioner Strahan seconded the motion. The
motion passed by a vote of two: Pennel (yes), Herschend (absent), Strahan (yes).
