 Process inmates into & reelease inmates from jail
 Move inmates between ceells
 Inspect inmaate cells for un
nauthorized goods

 Maintain varrious jail recoords and logs & write dailyy reports
 Detect & reccognize poten i the facility for the safetyy of the inmattes
ntial hazards in
 Interact & co
ommunicate effectively
e wiith inmates & staff to mainntain order in the facility
 Use sound juudgment, selff-control & co ommon sense to quickly dee-escalate hosstile situationns when they aarise

ALIFICATIO
QUA ONS AND SK KILLS
 Must be avaailable to workk any shift, daay or night, in
ncluding holiddays
 High Schooll Diploma or GED preferreed
 Must be at leeast 21 years of age
 Working kno owledge of coomputer hard dware, softwarre and accesssories
 Knowledgeaable of rules, regulations
r & State Statutees regarding hhousing of inm
mates
 Ability to keeep accurate records
r & create detailed reeports

SALARY: $ 16.65 per hour ST
