 Assist custommers, County employees,

o Counties regarding tax rrecords
 Keep assessm ment records cu urrent
 Assist in sortting, scanning & valuing apprroximately 40,000 Assessmeent lists into Peersonal Propertyy records
 Use the NAD DA & DOR weebsite to researcch correct vehiicle values
 Load VIN #’s into system forf accuracy off Assessment Value

 Make changees to accounts based
b on Assesssment Lists & customer / goovernment provvided informattion
 Issue waiverss to Residents new
n to area, naame change or never assessedd
 Assess other Personal Property ie: ATV, Farm
