Wednesday December 9, 2020: The responses were opened, in public, for the above listed
RFB, with the assistance of Joanna Jasper, Public Administrator Elect, in the Commission
Hearing Room. After opening responses received, a decision was made to allow time for a
thorough review of said information.
Monday, December 14, 2020: A formal agenda request to make an award recommendation on
Monday, December 21, 2020 to the Taney County Commission has been requested and
approved.
Monday, December 21, 2020: Due to the disqualification of Rollings & Associates Insurance
Agency, for not complying with requirements within the bid document, the number of qualified
responses has been brought down to two (2) remaining. After much review, we recommend the
award for this bid go to Connell Insurance, Inc., as the lowest bidder.
A subsequent Agreement shall commence on January 1, 2021 and extend for period of four (4)
years.
The Taney County Commission reviewed the information and made a motion to award Connell
Insurance, Inc.
