DECEMBER 19, 2006 THE 30TH DAY OF
THE OCTOBER ADJOURN TERM

The County Commission met in the County Commission Office at 10:00 a.m.
pursuant to adjourn with Chuck Pennel, Presiding and Danny Strahan, Eastern District
present. Ron Herschend, Western District was absent. The following proceedings were
had and made a matter of record.

INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT
MERRIAM WOODS, ROCKAWAY BEACH, TANEYVILLE

The commissioners reviewed the intergovernmental agreements between Taney
County and the municipalities of Merriam Woods, Rockaway Beach, and Taneyville.
Commissioner Strahan made a motion to accept the agreements. Commissioner Pennel
seconded the motion. The motion passed by a vote of two: Pennel (aye), Strahan (aye),
Herschend (absent).
