Tuesday November 10, 2020: The responses were opened for the above listed RFB,
with the assistance of John Soutee, Environmental Services Director, in the Commission
Hearing Room. A formal agenda request to make an award recommendation on Monday
November 16, 2020 to the Taney County Commission has been requested and approved.
Monday December 16, 2020: Due to the disqualification of S & S Pumping, Inc., the only
response that qualified is Boerman Septic Services, with virtually no change in their pricing
since 2018.
Therefore, with all other requirements asked for within our solicitation being met, we
recommend Boerman Septic Services of Kirbyville, Missouri as the lowest and only bidder
for award of this bid. We ask for a motion vote from the Taney County Commission to
award as such.
A subsequent Agreement shall commence on the date it is fully executed and extend for
one (1) one year thereafter with an option to renew for an additional one-year periods.
The Taney County Commission reviewed the information and made a motion to award
Boerman Septic Services of Kirbyville, Missouri.
