DECEMBER 12, 2006 THE 24TH DAY OF
THE OCTOBER ADJOURN TERM
The County Commission met in the County Commission Office at 11:30 a.m.
pursuant to adjourn with Chuck Pennel, Presiding and Danny Strahan, Eastern District
present. Ron Herschend, Western District was absent. The following proceedings were
had and made a matter of record.
TRANSFER OF FUNDS
CONOCO-PHILLIPS FUEL BILL
Presiding Commissioner Pennel made a motion to approve transferring
$17,345.09 from account #122000900011 to account #3482776263, to pay the Conoco-
Phillips fuel bill. Commissioner Strahan seconded the motion. The motion passed by
vote: Pennel (yes), Strahan (yes), Herschend (absent).
RECESS
RECONVENE
The County Commission reconvened in the County Commission Office at 3:55
p.m. pursuant to adjourn with Chuck Pennel, Presiding, Ron Herschend, Western District,
and Danny Strahan, Eastern District present. The following proceedings were had and
made a matter of record.
MISSOURI WORKERS COMP FUND
Commissioner Pennel made a motion to renew the Missouri Workers Comp Fund.
Commissioner Herschend seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote: Pennel (yes),
Herschend (yes), Strahan (yes).
