DECEMBER 7, 2006 THE 22ND DAY OF
THE OCTOBER ADJOURN TERM
The County Commission met in the County Commission Office at 1:30 p.m.
pursuant to adjourn with Chuck Pennel, Presiding and Danny Strahan, Eastern District
present. Ron Herschend, Western District was absent. The following proceedings were
had and made a matter of record.
KIRBYVILLE FEASIBILITY STUDY
Commissioner Strahan made a motion to approve the Kirbyville Feasibility Study
with Great River Engineering to be paid out of the Sewer Sales Tax portion for Kirbyville
for the amount of $27,350.00. Commissioner Pennel seconded the motion. The motion
passed by vote: Pennel (yes), Herschend (absent), Strahan (yes).
