Wednesday, June 3, 2020: After opening responses from all of the above listed companies today, initial details
were noted by myself and delivered to County Clerk, Donna Neeley. All responses will be thoroughly reviewed by
the County Clerk.

Wednesday, June 10, 2020: An agenda request has been made, and approved, to deliver an award
recommendation to the Taney County Commission on Monday, June 15, 2020.

Monday, June 15, 2020: Subsequent to a thorough review of all the detailed pricing, a recommendation to award
the following three (3) select bidders: Arctic Food Equipment, LLC, due to comparable pricing and keeping the
purchase local, Election Systems & Software, due to having the best design of the product and was within the lower
price range, and Inclusion Solutions, as the lowest bid received. The County Clerk plans to combine her efforts to
purchase the Sneeze Guards through the best bidders for the County.

The Taney County Commission reviewed the information, made a motion to as such and it passed unanimously.
