Wednesday, June 3, 2020: After opening responses from all of the above listed companies
today, initial details were noted by Road & Bridge Administrator, Devin Huff and myself. All
responses will be thoroughly reviewed by the Road & Bridge Department. An agenda request has
been made, and approved, to deliver an award recommendation to the Taney County
Commission on Monday, June 8, 2020.
Monday, June 8, 2020: Subsequent to a thorough review of all the detailed pricing, a
recommendation to award Newman Signs, Inc. of Jamestown, North Dakota, as Primary, Missouri
Department of Corrections, Missouri Vocational Enterprises of Jefferson City, Missouri, as
Secondary, and Osburn Associates, Inc. as Tertiary.
The Taney County Commission reviewed the information, made a motion to as such and it
passed unanimously.
