Wednesday, May 13, 2020: Although this RFB was sent to all known qualified Vendors, we only
received one response. After opening the response, Road & Bridge Administrator Devin Huff
assisted in verifying that this response was acceptable whereby he took a copy of the bid
response to conduct a more thorough and complete review. An agenda request has been made,
and approved, to deliver an award recommendation to the Taney County Commission on Monday,
May 18, 2020.
Monday, May 18, 2020: Subsequent to a thorough review of all the detailed pricing offered by
Mr. Huff, the bid response from Highway Safety Solutions meets the needs of Guardrail for the
County.
As such we hereby ask for a motion vote to award to Highway Safety Solutions.
The Taney County Commission reviewed the information, made a motion to as such and it
passed unanimously.
